My Card Payment Is Not Working

  •  Please check with your card provider if you have exceeded your balance. If there is no issues, we do implement a very strict fraud policy. If you think this is the case, please contact us and we will try to resolve. Additional proof may be required to ensure our fraud team are satisfied for your order to go through. 

My Tracking Info Is Not Working

  • Please Allow 24 hours before checking online for your tracking order status. You should have got a tracking number sent to you by email when your order status become completed.

Which Payment Methods Are Accepted

  • We accept direct bank transfers for wholesalers, as well as PayPal and credit cards for online purchases 

Do I Have To Pay Extra For Added Nozzles

  • Every cylinder will have a free nozzle. 

Do I Have To Be Registered As A Business For Wholesale Orders

  • If you’re interested in ordering bigger volumes then you do need to be a registered business in the UK to purchase. Please contact us to discuss. 

Do You Deliver Outside The UK

  • Sorry, we only sell and deliver to UK customers and addresses only. 

What Documents Do I Need To Place Wholesale Orders

  • As we value our relationship with our wholesalers, we want all our wholesalers to confirm the legitimacy of their company and that they are the official owner. All company information that you submit is strictly confidential and will not be shared with others.

Why Has My Order Not Arrived

  •  All orders from this website please allow 2 to 4 business days to reach you. Sometimes it is out of our control as we rely on our transporters to deliver to you.
